How do I cancel a shipment I booked today?
To cancel a shipment that was booked today, please follow the steps below:
1) Log into your Freightcom account, and hover your mouse over the "track" tab to select "edit/cancel"
2) Select the shipment you would like to cancel and click the red "x".
If you are trying to cancel a shipment that was not booked the same day, then please email operations@freightcom.com to cancel the shipment!
