How do I reprint a shipping label?
To reprint a shipping label, please follow the steps below:
1) Log into your Freightcom account and click the "Track" tab
2) If the shipment was booked today then select "today's shipments" if you unsure of the transaction, tracking or BOL number then click "shipments within a specific period" to select the date of when it was booked. If you have the transaction, tracking or BOL number then enter it in the field accordingly.
3) Once you locate the shipment, click on the Details link.
4) Now, your order details should appear. Please click on "shipping label" for the label.
