What does "SFW Error" mean?

If you are trying to submit a LTL shipment and receive the follow error message " There was an error shipping your order (SFW Error: Please contact administrator)" then here is what you can do to fix this! 

Please ensure that the "Ship from" and "Ship to" contact phone number is ONLY 10 digits long. Remove any special characters, spaces, or the number "1" in front of the phone number. Simply click "Edit Shipment" in the upper right hand corner to return to the "Shipment Details" page to update the information.
