How do I calculate my shipment's freight class?

There are two ways to calculate your item's freight class:

A.

1. Login at www.freightcom.com.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Class and Density Calculator."
3. Enter in your shipment's information.
4. Click "Calculate Class."

B.

1. Login at www.freightcom.com.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Class and Density Calculator."
3. Click on the "Click here" link in the second note.

   

4. Fill in the NMFC Code Request Form. You should be sent your shipment's NMFC Code, which you can use to generate your item's freight class.
