How do I submit a claim?

1. Login at www.freightcom.com.
2. Hover over the "Track" tab and click on "Track Shipment".

   

3. Search for your shipment.
4. Click the "Submit Claim" link.

   

5. Fill in your shipment's information. Be sure to include the value of your goods.

   

6. Click "Save Claim."
