How do I edit a shipment made today?
Freightcom offers customers the ability to edit a shipping label that you have created the same day.
Once logged in, click on the
Track Tab and then click on
Edit/Cancel
Once you have located the shipment you would like to edit, click on the Edit link:
Once you have clicked the Edit button, the page will bring you back to the Ship Page with all of your details pre-filled in. Simply make the change(s) you require and repeat the process of creating another label. Once completed, the system will automatically cancel the old label for you.
If you require to edit or cancel a shipment made beyond the current business day, please email Customer Care so a member of our team can manually void the label for you. In cases like this, we will void the label and you can create a new label from scratch.
