My LTL quote is not coming up! Why not?
The Freightcom platform is designed to accommodate multiple skid shipments with various dimensions being shipped throughout North America, however, in some instances, the LTL carrier options are not provided because one or more of the carrier shipment size limitations have been exceeded. For instance, if weight, dimensions, total cubic feet and/or linear foot rules are exceeded, a quote will not be returned by one or more of the carriers. If this occurs and you require further assistance getting a quote on a shipment that has exceeded one or more of the above constraints, please email operations@freightcom.
