Why do I have to give my credit card information if there is no cost?

When you book shipments on Freightcom we pay the carriers on your behalf. Your credit card allows us to bill you for those shipments.

We also ask that customers complete a credit application. This allows you to pay if you prefer not to leave a credit card on your account.
