Changing Your Subscription Plan

You are able to cancel or downgrade to the Free Small Business Plan at any time.

How to change your plan


Select the "Billing" option on the menu, and go to your "Account Details". Click on the "Update Plan" button and select the plan you'd like to switch to.


To cancel your paid plan, simply change your plan to the Small Business plan.

Please note that if you switch to our free account, your integrated carrier accounts will be disabled. You may re-active your carrier accounts by upgrading to a paid plan. You will be charged for your new plan immediately, so be sure to upgrade before you are charged before your next billing cycle.
