My Tracking Status Update has Failed

If you cannot receive tracking updates on your store, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Go to Store Settings > click Edit on your store where your tracking status is not working.

Enable real-time rates at checkout if you have it disabled. (Don't worry, you can disable real-time rates afterwards)

Select the shipping origin address that you want to ship from within the dropdown selection. Please note that these addresses are pulled from Shopify or other marketplaces. If you want to make changes or add addresses, please add or update them in your respective store.

Click on Update Address and click Save to confirm your changes.
