Split and Cancel Unfulfilled Orders

Split Unfulfilled Orders

Select the “Orders” option on the menu.

Filter or search to find your Fulfilled Order.

Click on the “Order ID” link and scroll to the “Order Actions” section. There you will be able to print and download your shipping labels, packing slips, shipment details, and Custom’s invoices if needed.

Cancel Unfulfilled Orders

Select the “Orders” option on the menu.

To cancel an Unfulfilled Order, click on the “Order ID” link of the order you’d like to cancel.

In the “Order Details” pop-up, under “Other Actions”, select “Cancel Order”.

A pop-up will appear to confirm that you wish to cancel this order.

Please note that cancelling the Order in ClickShip will not be reflected in your Amazon and Etsy marketplaces.
