How to Track Shipments

Select the “Orders” option on the menu. To view the orders you can track, click on the “Fulfilled” tab above the Orders table.


If the order has been successfully fulfilled, there will be a link under the “Shipments” column to track the order.

Simply click on the Carrier name and service, and the Tracking # will appear.

This link will redirect you to the carrier’s page for your shipment tracking updates.

Tracking for Multiple Shipments

For orders with multiple packages, there will be only one tracking number. To view the individual tracking number of each package, please check directly with the carrier.

Sharing Tracking Information with Your Customer

Select the “Orders” option on the menu.

Filter or search for the Fulfilled Order you want to share and click on the “Order ID” link.

In the “Order Details” pop-up, under “Other Actions”, select “Send Shipping Details to Receiver”.

This will send an email directly to the “Ship To” email address with all of the shipping details.

By default, all shipping details are sent to the “Ship To” email address once they are available. This feature can be turned off in your Store settings under “Notifications & Marketplace Options”.

By default the shipping details email is automatically sent you your customers, this feature can be toggled on and off in Store Settings.
