Schedule and Reschedule Pickups
Schedule Pickup
On the "Orders" page, filter or search for the Fulfilled Order.
If no pickup has been scheduled, then there will be a link under the “Actions” column that says, “Schedule Pickup”.
Click on this link to schedule when and where you’d like the pickup to happen. Please note that there is no scheduling option for ISC services. Contact your sales rep to find out more.
Reschedule Pickup
Select the “Orders” option on the menu.
Filter or search to view the Fulfilled Order you are looking for.
Under the “Actions” column, click on the link that says, “Pickup Scheduled”.
A pop-up with your pickup information will appear. Click on the “Cancel Pickup” link to cancel the shipment. Once you have confirmed the cancellation, you may schedule another pickup.
