Printing Labels for Orders

Single Order

Select the “Orders” option on the menu.

Filter or search to find your Fulfilled Order.

Click on the “ Order ID” link and scroll to the “Order Actions” section. There you will be able to print and download your shipping labels, packing slips, shipment details, and Custom’s invoices if needed.

Multiple Orders

On the “Orders” page, filter your orders to view your Fulfilled Orders.

Select the checkboxes to indicate which orders you want to batch print and then click on the “Batch Order Actions” dropdown and select “Print Shipping Labels”.

You can also batch print and download your packing slips and Custom invoices in the same dropdown by clicking on “Print All” or “Download All”.

Unable to Print Labels

Shipping labels in ClickShip will generate as a PDF pop-up in a new browser. If it doesn’t appear, this is most likely your pop-up blocker preventing the shipping label from appearing.
