My Orders are Not Syncing

If you can't find your orders after you've imported your marketplace, then here are some reasons why they may not be showing.

  • You recently changed your store password. If you integrated your store on ClickShip and have recently changed your store password, then orders will not be synced to ClickShip. The API token gets updated when you change your password, so you will have to reintegrate your store on ClickShip to update all your missing orders.

Amazon, Etsy and eBay

Please note that your Amazon, eBay, and Etsy will automatically refresh orders every three hours. To manually refresh your orders, please go to the "Orders" page and click on the blue link that says, "Refresh".

If you have at least one of these marketplaces integrated, then on the Orders page, you'll see a new feature called Import Missing Orders.

First, select the marketplace that you want to import your missing orders and then list all the exact Order IDs from the corresponding marketplace.
