Unable to Cancel my Shipment

There are various reasons why you might be unable to cancel your shipment.

  • The shipment has been picked up. If your order has been picked up by a courier, then you will not be able to cancel your order as that has been fulfilled. To cancel the shipment on time, please contact the courier and provide the order number and tracking number.
  • The carrier services are temporary down. The carrier tied to the order might be down and are unable to cancel the order as that information is passed to that carrier. Check the status of each carrier here.
  • The ClickShip system is temporarily down. Some technical issues may arise and might not allow cancelling your scheduled pickups. If this is the case, rest assure that we are resolving the issue.
