Unable to Find my Verification Email

When creating your ClickShip account, you will need to verify your email address. Sometimes the verification email may not get to your inbox. Here are some reasons why this may be the case:

  • Check your junk or spam folder. Your email may be configured to set our emails to junk or spam folders. Allow these two email addresses to not spam in your list: info@clickship.comcustomercare@clickship.com.
  • Check for email typos. You might have entered the incorrect email address upon sign up and the email is being sent to the incorrect email. Request another verification email just to be sure.
  • Refresh your inbox. You may need to refresh your inbox for the verification emails may take some time to get sent to your inbox. Usually, it takes about a few seconds to about 3 minutes. If it is taking longer, then request another verification email.
