What are the deductibles for claims?


a) Parcel Shipments

i) In the event you, acting reasonably, choose to repair a damaged Parcel Shipment, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, then the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Repair Cost.

ii) In the event you, acting reasonably, deem a damaged Parcel Shipment to be a Total Loss, or if such Parcel Shipment is claimed as missing, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, then the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value.

b) Damaged General Merchandise Pallet Shipments with Total Insured Value ≤ $10,000

i) In the event you, acting reasonably, choose to repair a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as General Merchandise with a Total Insured Value less than or equal to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to ten per cent (10%) of the Repair Cost; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Repair Cost minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(b)(i)(1)

ii) In the event you, acting reasonably, deem a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as General Merchandise with a Total Insured Value less than or equal to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, to be a Total Loss, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to five per cent (5%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(b)(ii)(1)

c) Damaged General Merchandise Pallet Shipments with Total Insured Value >$10,000.

i) In the event you, acting reasonably, choose to repair a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as General Merchandise with a Total Insured Value greater than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to five per cent (5%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Repair Cost minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(c)(i)(1).

ii) In the event you, acting reasonably, deem a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as General Merchandise with a Total Insured Value greater than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, to be a Total Loss, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to five per cent (5%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(c)(ii)(1).

d) Missing General Merchandise Pallet Shipments

i) In the event a Pallet Shipment classified as General Merchandise is claimed as missing, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to five per cent (5%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(d)(i)(1).

e) Damaged Pallet Shipments of either Fragile Goods or Furniture with a Total Insured Value ≤ $5,000

i) In the event you, acting reasonably, choose to repair a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as either Fragile Goods or Furniture with a Total Insured Value less than or equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to fifteen per cent (15%) of the Repair Cost; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Repair Cost minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(e)(i)(1).

ii) In the event you, acting reasonably, deem a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as either Fragile Goods or Furniture with a Total Insured Value less than or equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, to be a Total Loss, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to seven per cent (7%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(e)(ii)(1).

f) Damaged Pallet Shipments of either Fragile Goods or Furniture with a Total Insured Value >$5,000.

i) In the event you, acting reasonably, choose to repair a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as either Fragile Goods or Furniture with a Total Insured Value greater than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to seven per cent (7%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Repair Cost minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(f)(i)(1).

ii) In the event you, acting reasonably, deem a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as either Fragile Goods or Furniture with a Total Insured Value greater than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, to be a Total Loss, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to seven per cent (7%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(f)(ii)(1).

g) Missing Pallet Shipments of either Fragile Goods or Furniture

i) In the event a Pallet Shipment classified as either Fragile Goods or Furniture is claimed as missing, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to seven per cent (7%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(g)(i)(1).

h) Damaged Pallet Shipments of Antiques with a Total Insured Value ≤ $5,000

i) In the event you, acting reasonably, choose to repair a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as Antiques with a Total Insured Value less than or equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to twenty per cent (20%) of the Repair Cost; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Repair Cost minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(h)(i)(1).

ii) In the event you, acting reasonably, deem a damaged Pallet Shipment classified as Antiques with a Total Insured Value less than or equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) of the Chosen Currency, to be a Total Loss, then if you file a claim in accordance with the procedures in Section 13 and are deemed by the Company and Insurance Company to be eligible for a Claims Payout, the following shall apply:

1. the Claims Payout shall be subject to a per-claim deductible equal to ten per cent (10%) of the Total Insured Value; and

2. the Claims Payout shall not exceed the Total Insured Value minus the per-claim deductible described above in section 6(h)(ii)(1).
