How do I cancel a pickup request?

To cancel a pickup request, follow the steps below: 

1) Log into your Freightcom account and hover your mouse over the "track" tab and select "search pickups" 

2) Select the date the package was scheduled to be picked up on, select the carrier (you can even enter the carrier confirmation number- it is however not required) and click search.

3) Simply click on the red "x" for the shipment you would like the cancel the pickup request for.
